What are these paintings made of?
These paintings are Digitally reproduced, hence the cheap cost. We scan High Definition art work and then mass reproduce them using a High end printer.
The material used is Pure Cotton Canvas and the Inks used are Eco-Friendly, Non-Toxic, oil based. The Final outcome & the product is breathtaking.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Here are the different types of shippings options available for Indian addresses -
Standard Prepaid - 5 to 6 business days.

Products are dispatched 24 hours after we receive your order as we print the paintings fresh and not keep a stock, for best quality. Delivery timeline starts after the order is dispatched.
Do you ship overseas?

Do you accept Returns, Replacements?
Yes certainly, we do refunds in case you don't like the product we shipped, no questions asked.
We also do replacements in case the package was damaged on the way to you, which resulted in breakages. In case you are handed over a package which looks damaged or incase of a glass frame, you can hear the broken glass inside, DO NOT accept the package and reject it.

For products such as Wallpaper, we only accept returns or do replacements in case the package was damaged in transit by our courier partners or if there's any visible manufacturing defect, wrong size or wrong design shipped by us.
Please inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery for us to initiate the process.
Please use the same packaging material & please package it safely in case of a return so the product doesn't get damaged on the way back and is re sellable.
Please write to us at enquiries@tamatina.com to request return, refund or replacement. In case of a damaged replacement, please attach 2 -3 images of the damaged packaging material.
Are these products difficult to Maintain?
Nope, as the colors get soaked very well in the material, be it Canvas or Wallpapers, these products are Super Easy to maintain.
You can dust it with a clean damp cloth once in a while and the colors will not smudge.
Please ensure that our products are not exposed to direct sunlight for long hours and is away from direct moisture. These products are intended to be used indoors.

What is a Gallery Wrap Frame?
Gallery wrap refers to a method of stretching and wrapping a printed canvas around the sides of a wooden frame, creating a visually appealing and frameless presentation for artwork, especially canvas prints.
This technique is commonly used for reproductions of paintings and photographs, providing a modern and clean look to the finished piece.
There are no black or brown borders on the sides and no glass is used in these frames. The Wood used is Mature Sleeper wood which is high in strength and does not bend or distort over the time.
Why is frame option not available for Large designs?
We make frames only upto a certain size. For larger size, please place an order for Unframed paintings and then you can get the frame done locally as per your taste, wall color, furniture color etc.
We don't ship large frames as they are vulnerable to courier damages and the shipping costs is high for such frames, so getting them done locally would actually Save you some money.
Why don't you have more frame options?
As we specialise in print, we focus on print.
Frame is not our forte and as we are not a framing company, it's very difficult for us to maintain inventory of hundreds of designs of frame.
Hence, we request our sellers to buy Unframed art work, if you don't want a Gallery Wrap frame and get the frame done locally as per your taste, wall color, furniture color etc.
If i get a painting framed locally, do i need to put a Glass on it?
Not necessarily.
As the colors get soaked very well in the Canvas, you don't need to put a Glass on top to protect the colors.
Unlike pastle colors, which stay on top of the Canvas, Oil basked inks get soaked well and become an integral part of the fabric like colors on a Kurta or a Saree.
Because of this, the painting can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth once in a while and the colors don't get smudged.
Is your Packaging Safe?
We've been in the business for 7 years now, thanks to all the love and support of the people who buy our products, our beloved patrons!
We have made enough mistakes in the beginning and learned from it.
Our products are packaged to ensure they can easily make it through the rigorous courier handling. Bubble wrap, thermocol sheets are used to give plenty of padding and A grade safety. We used tough cardboard boxes and tubes to ship our products.
Having said that, once in a blue moon, there is a situation of a courier breakage and we replace the product with Free express delivery as soon as you inform us.

Can i request Customisation?

Can you send me a Sample Wallpaper first?

We understand that buying wallpaper online for the first time from us, without touching and feeling it could be a concern, specially because of large sizes required.
You can contact us to request for a sample of a design which you like and we will ship it for you so you can understand the color outlook and the texture of the wallpaper. We will charge you only the shipping fee for this sample, Rs. 100.00
Incase you go ahead with the order, we will give you a discount and reduce Rs. 100 from the order, paid towards the sample.

Our primary shipping partner in India is BlueDart and if your pincode is not serviceable by BlueDart then we use Speedpost.
